About Sharon

Hi, I’m Sharon Fisher: mom, wife, Chesapeake Bay sailor, and owner of a 6 figure business. I work three days a week and meet my kids at the bus stop after school.  I started Nurtured Well, LLC when I had two kids under the age of three and was working for someone else.  Back then, I was stressed, uninspired, and knew something had to give.  I had a vision. Although, I had no idea if it would work, I tried.

In the beginning, I could only commit one afternoon a week to my business.  Slowly, I grew that to a full day, then two full days. Within a year,  I quit my other job. My business was making six figures by the second year. I was working 24 hours a week.  Other mental health providers kept reaching out to me for advice on starting their practices.  I gave it to them and they succeeded.

A coaching business for moms is born.

Eventually I realized, this is what I should be doing. I love helping other women, especially moms, succeed. In my experience, the vast amount of coaches & podcasters never accounted for the special challenges moms face when trying to start a small business. I combine my background as a therapist with my business acumen and first hand experience as a mom to help you succeed. I intricately know the challenges of being a small business owning mom because that is what I am.  I listen to you, meet you where you are at, and help you build the life you want. Although I have a clinical background, my methods are applicable to a range of fields.
